1. Agreement to Terms

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of them, please don't use our services.

2. Services

We provide, for a rolling monthly fee:

• Website design and hosting
• Domain registration and setup
• Business email setup and hosting
• Ongoing content updates and maintenance

"Ongoing content updates and maintenance" covers small, ordinary changes made on request: text, photos, prices, opening hours, a new service, a new area. It is subject to reasonable use. A full redesign is treated and quoted as a separate job. If a request looks like it falls outside reasonable use, we will tell you before doing any work and agree a fair price with you first.

3. Payment Terms

We build an initial mockup website at no cost and with no obligation to purchase. If you choose to go ahead:

• No deposit or setup fee is required
• The service is £29 per month, billed in advance
• All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable
• You can cancel at any time. There is no minimum term

4. Intellectual Property

Your business content (name, photos, descriptions) remains yours. The website design and code are provided as part of the ongoing service. If you cancel, we'll discuss handing over your domain and any content you'd like to keep.

5. What We Commit To

• Responding to update requests within 24 hours
• Keeping your site backed up and monitored
• Keeping software and security patches up to date

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our services, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Cancellation

Either party may end the service at any time by email, with no penalty. Access to the live site ends at the close of the current billing period.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
