Questions we get asked
Why is the mockup free?
Because most small businesses won't take a chance on paying for something they haven't seen. Building it first removes the risk for you. We only get paid if you like what you see.
Is there a contract?
No. It's a rolling £29 a month. Cancel any time, no notice period, no penalty.
What if I already have a domain?
We'll happily point your site at a domain you already own, or register a new one for you if you don't have one yet. Either way it's included.
How does the business email work?
Mail sent to you@yourbusiness.co.uk forwards straight to the inbox you already use. No new app, no new login. It looks right on quotes and invoices without you having to check a second inbox.
What counts as an update?
Changed prices, new photos, updated opening hours, a new service added, the day-to-day stuff, usually done the same day and always within two working days. It's fair use, a handful of changes a month; new pages and full redesigns are quoted separately.
Will my site be readable by ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, not just Google?
Yes. We build proper page structure and business details that Google and AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini can read. We don't promise a ranking or a result, just a site that's readable by both.
Is there a renewal fee?
No. £29 a month is the whole price, for as long as you want it.
What if I need a new page or a change?
It's included. Small changes any time; a full redesign is treated as a separate job. The details are set out in the terms.
